Alex specialises in commercial, mixed use and residential developments in the London Boroughs but he has also developed wider experience throughout the south east acting for leisure operators and managing the appeals work for selected house builders.
Alex has advised on all aspects of the planning process focussing primarily on planning appraisals, negotiation of planning and listed building applications and managing planning strategies and sub consultants for large development projects. Alex acts for both residents associations and private developers.
