Summary of Experience:
Nick specialises in major planning and development projects in London and the South East. He was for several years a retained planning adviser to English Partnerships.
Nick has made representations or appeared at many of the London UDP inquiries, including Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hackney, Camden, Tower Hamlets and Hammersmith & Fulham. He has excellent contacts with most London planning authorities and the GLA. He has extensive experience as an expert witness at planning inquiries of all types. Nick is also a recognised speaker at conferences on planning practice and legislation.
Recent instructions involve a range of clients including MWB, Grosvenor, Chelsfield, Minerva, Arlington Securities, Harrods, Kent County Council, NatWest, Helical Bar, Gallaghers, BT, Northacre and the National Trust
Nick also regularly acts for residents, residents associations and others in representing their views throughout the planning process.
