Company Profile

The London Planning Practice was established in December 2003 by Nick de Lotbiniere and Jon Dingle and now encompasses an experienced team of 15 qualified planning consultants. The practice has built up a considerable and well known track record in providing valuable planning consultancy advice on complex projects in London and the South-East. The practice provides a dedicated and efficient planning service to developers, house builders, property owners, statutory bodies, and housing associations.

The Approach

The practice provides a highly personal service, tailored to the individual requirements of each client and each project. Above all we do not believe in a standardised format. Each instruction is unique, and demands a creative and effective strategy to maximise development value and minimise planning risk. As far as possible we always aim to work with the Council and local community. Whilst we have an excellent track record on appeals, we regard appeals as a last resort.
