Summary of Experience

Rosalind is a licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and is in training with the London Planning Practice LLP to become fully qualified.

Rosalind plays an important role within this practice, assisting the two partners, associates and the principal planners in major jobs, as well as having responsibility for a range of smaller projects.


Project Experience:

Bankstock Buildings, London Borough of Hackney – submission of a major application for the restoration of an existing 1930’s factory building, the erection of a two storey glass pavillion and development of a 7 storey side extension to provide 18 residential units, 2120sqm office and 234sqm flexible use.

82-84 Battersea Rise, Wandsworth Council – involvement in the submission of a mixed-use residential and commercial redevelopment over three storeys.

Access Self Storage, Various Boroughs – planning appraisal and advice to inform the acquisition of a number of new sites sourced by access self storage.

Submission of a number of smaller applications to improve the visibility of Access Self Storage’s existing sites.
